In Right Job Match we apply a test system in connection with filling vacancies, executive development and career consulting. When selecting our test system we have put emphasis on adopting the best and most up-to-date system available on the market. The natural choice was Saville Consulting’s test system. Saville Consulting was founded by Peter Saville (UK), who originally contributed to establish SHL.

SHL introduced the business oriented personal test (OPQ®) in the Danish test market. Today Saville Consulting has launched new and multidimensional assessment tools of a very high prognosis value providing great accuracy in assessing a person’s potential in a business context.
