Wave™ competence test
Saville Consulting’s competence test Wave™ is unique, in that it collects information on the individual’s motives and talents and links these aspects to the company culture.
The test measures 36 dimensions with three sub aspects to each dimension. This offers the flexibility to work at summary level and the possibility to drill down and explore up to 108 specific areas.
Saville Consulting Wave’s dimensions have been selected with a view to ensuring the maximum predictor reliability as well as on the basis of research carried out on large groups of people in active employment. This provides a strong prediction of job performance.
The test offers a dual response style of both ipsative (ranking of responses) score and normative (assessment of responses on specific scales) score, increasing the ability to hone in on the specific areas where a candidate may have exaggerated or been overly self-critical. The dynamic question format which adjusts the questions to each individual person focuses on the fine distinctions of each individual.
The Saville Consulting Wave takes approx. 45-60 minutes to answer and can be performed online from home. Multi-lingual versions facilitate assessment in local languages.
